I am surprised that nobody has mentioned s51 which comes as part of the sdcc package,its free its has no limitations on code size apart from the obvious and for some reason there seems to be this idea that its only for linux/unix which isnt the case,There seems to be two versions one I have is the old style dos based one with dos/windows interface and there seems to be a command line version as well.
