Hi.
Except for DS5001T, DS2250 and M8051 series is there any 8052 derivative that has 64KByte on-board XDATA space(internal data memory as opposed to external data memory) preferably in the form of FLASH otherwise SRAM? I need something say "plainer": not PQFP torture chambers, not 120MHz monsters some DIP or PLCC 12 clocker @ 11.05MHz will do. I'm lookin for a way to "integrate" the ALE latch and external FLASH/SRAM into the micro controller to eliminate the need for external data memory(SRAM or FLASH) Best. |
