We have recently been assigned to create a voltage meter on a BiPom MiniMax/51 Board
Your post seems to indicate a school project. Most school projects we see here are as old as Methusalem and you actually have been given a fairly recent board (using a RD2). Since we harp on teachers here when they present e.g. the 8255 as the Cat's Miauw, I feel obliged to ask you to tell your teacher my compliments for being one of the few in his profession that have arrived in the 21'st century.
