#8700 - QFP144 Horror |
Hello people
I recently recieved a free sample of a 320VC33 (75 MIPS DSP from Texas instruments). The chip comes in a 144 pin Quad Flat Package with a lead pitch of only 0.5mm. This makes it almost impossible for me to create the circuit board by hand, and i cant afford buying an expensive PCB CAD program as this is only a hobby projekt. Any suggestions what to do? Yet i have not found any free and working PCB creator programs that supports QFP144. Some type of adapter should also work i think, but it seems hard to find one for 144 pin QFPs. |
