Hi Mohid,
I just verified the Atmel microcontrollerdatabook to be sure; for the 89C52 it says: 'The read strobe to external memory, PSEN, is used for all external program fetches. Internal program fetches do NOT activate PSEN.' (Atmel microcontroller data book october 1995 page 2-5) So this must be the answer to your question.... You must either use a microcontroller like Aka mentioned, or use external program memory with EA pin wired to ground OR use some other clock.... Henk |
