What pad spaces are the TQFP on ? I think we can do 10 thou leads, it just needs each hit to be done with a microscope.
Do you have / can you get a solder stencil ? Its worth it for 25 pieces. "Tannlin" made a couple of ours and their prices were pretty good. Steve |
