Now we use matrixes builded from LED on PCB. It works better.
The problem is when one partia of LED ends. Socond works minimaly different. Since you give no details as to the design I must guess it is the LEDs LEDs with the same part number vary a bit in color. For multiple panels you need to specify all panels with LEDs with same color code. It cost a bit more if you only need a few and specify "same color code", we buy all colors and match panels by the code. If you put LEDs of same part number where one is the highest color code and the other is the lowest the difference is very noticeable. The difference is not big enough that you can not have 2 signs with different color codes on the same bus, but in the same sign it is mandatory that the color code is the same. Erik |
