look MINI-MODUL-51 on this page
minimum 8 Kbyte RAM it costs less Hemant asked for a chip (btw there are much cheaper boards than $75) so why would he want a board. Is $75 Less than a chip such as the P89C668 with 8k RAM internal which you can get for about $5? Erik |
