#89676 - Searching for a dual 8051 |
Hi.
I'm writing from Chile, so, I don't write english very well. Into an investigation to repair a POS terminal, I have found an IC, with various names. Searching the web, I found that this IC is an IS80C518, but I find with IS80C51. I cannot found any information about this 80C518. Looking the board where is mounted, I see certain "duality" in the components, so I think that could be a Dual 8051, made exclusively for this terminal. But I cannot find any information about a dual 8051. Can any of you help me with that? Is the only IC that I cannot research in this board, and I cannot repair it, with the obvious problems in my job ;). Thank you in advance, and, sorry about my english. |
