You are hacking directly with hard-coded port addresses - this will work in real, 16-bit, command-line MS-DOS only. It might also work on Win-9x. It most certainly will not work on NT or any of its successors (2000, XP): You will get something out of the port - so your LEDs may well "look" right - but the timing will most certainly not be right. |
