#90194 - ISP/ICP Responding to: ???'s previous message |
as I made contact I heard a little spark coming from board to be programmed
something probbablyn blown as to what? who knows. What do you mean by... can you try to ICP them? from the user guide: • In-Circuit serial Programming (ICP) with industry-standard commercial programmers. • A factory-provided default serial loader, located in upper end of user program memory, providing In-System Programming (ISP) via the serial port. Philips has made incircuit programming in an embedded application possible with a minimum of additional expense in components and circuit board area. The ICP function uses five pins (Vdd, Vss, P0.5, P0.4, and RST). Only a small connector needs to be available to interface your application to an external programmer in order to use this feature.
