I wrote up the FAQ based mostly on questions I've received directly in my email as well as those that are often asked here in the forum.

I plan to updated the FAQ continually with new questions and topics that we see pop up here in the forum. If anyone has ideas of topics or questions that should be added to the FAQ, please email me.
