I'm sorry that i've not right explained my question. The information that i need is if the concept is right, or if i need more chips (adress decoders, nand ports,or so on..) for using my cpu (ds89c450) with an external ram (i don't know which one yet). I've seen some development board schematics, but they are too complicated for me, they have 2 ram modules, 1 eprom, 2 82c55... and a million of AND,NAND ports to adress all that. ..i don't know what i need for a simple circuit.. :) David |
