Take a look at the SiLabs C8051F124 for example. They have Timers which are similar to the standard 8051 Timer 2 that can be clocked from the SYSCLK, SYSCLK/2 and SYSCLK/12. (In the case of the SiLabs parts the SYSCLK is the same as Fosc because the parts are all 1X type parts). See the diagram below which shows a block diagram for the timer.



Note that there are also other parts in the SiLabs family which also support these same timers such as the 'F020 series. The 'F005 part may also have this feature.
