#91144 - Pricing and Medium Responding to: ???'s previous message |
how much is the compiler? ... is a SNOBOL upgrade planned?
Pricing depends on the delivery medium. 9" Tape, $1,999,999.95 Punch Cards, $5,999,999.95 Preprogrammed CORE, Call Unfortunately, because of our licensing agreement with CICS and VM/CMS, updates and evaluation versions are only available on 9" tape. The COBOL compiler is already compliant with COBOL and WATBOL and includes a SNOBOL->COBOL-85 translator. Due to market research and popular demand, we provide a competitive C translator which allows you to translate C programs written with other C compilers into Keil COBOL for the 8051. We have not yet received any requests for a Keil C51 to COBOL translator, so no translator for that is available at this time. Several licensees have requested that we re-integrate the SORT-MERGE facility. We will address that issue in V1.01 which will be available in April 2006. Jon |
