I'm going to use Cygnal C8051F000 for DSP too, hope it works. But right now I have some problem with UART communication of the micro and PC via serial port. I was wondering if anybody can help.
The simlple C program just returns a byte received from PC, and PC does not show that it is the same character. This is not VB (PC side) problem because it works correct when I short RD and TD on COM port (PC side), or Tin and Rout of MAX232 (micro side). Anybody know why, please.
