Anyhow, many, including Jack Ganssle, state that it is grrrreat. Opinions differ as to the validity of MISRA C in saftey critical applications (or inded the use of any form of C). There has been much discussion on this topic in comp.arch.embedded in the last couple of months. If you are interested in other viewpoints such as the use of Ada rather than C then a search of this newsgroup could be profitable. |
