MOV ADRES,#10H
MOV DYTA,#32H
what does this code means?

This means in address 10h of eeprom data 32h must be writed.
MOV ADRES,#10H
LCALL EEPROM_READ
MOV A,DYTA

This one means data in address 10h must be readed then Acc=32h

Sugiarso said:

EEPROM_READ_ADDR:
MOV A,#10100001B
LCALL WRITE1
RET

EEPROM_WRITE_ADDR:
MOV A,#10100000B
LCALL WRITE
RET

if i want to access the other i2c device with address A1=0 and A0=1, am i just change the second bit in that code ?

Yes,Of Course,Then in both of them you must change second bit
from 0 to 1.
