I tried to send characters A,B,C repeatitively from one 8051 to other 8051. I config the UART port in mode 1 operation and used timer 1 in mode 2 for baud rate generation (2400 baud rate). however, i only obtain A,B,C,A,C,A,C,A,C,A,B,A,C,B,C... instead of A,B,C,A,B,C,A,B,C........

It seems that the bits can't be synchronized. what should i do to correct the problem? please advise!
