Hi all,
I have some problems with the ISP programming of 89c668/9 with flash magic.After programming the IC once it is not at all responding for ISP programming again.Once the status byte is 0x00(after programming in Flash Magic), the IC is not going to ISP mode depending on the PSEN(logic zero) status. I have to use a parallel programmer to change the Status byte to a NON-ZERO value for ISP programming. I am happily using 89c51rd2xx with Flash magic for 2-3 years. But the 89c66x is behaving in a different way. Can any one tell me whether there is any difference between 89c51rd2xx and 89c66x with respect to the serial programming method. I have purchased half a dozen devices.
