Hello Michael
You said: Charles, Please help us understand why "Hawaiian Computer Company" is NOT listed as a business in the Hawaii State listings. Are you in the "underground economy"? What does your Top Secret client think of this? A. Hawaiian Computer Company is listed in the Hawaii State Listing. Please tell us why your phone numbers are inactive. A. If you (and 100% all others) would take the time you will see my phone numbers are listed. They were updated within two days of notification by Craig Steiner Why is your "offer" so far below market value? A. The offer says rate will be prevailing wage. That means what the market will bear which in a union state (which is what Hawaii is) That will be much higher than estimated $60/HR. Why is your company name NOT listed (as you claimed) with Dunfield? Or, for that matter, even D&B? A. I have not updated Dunfield in a long time. That also has been fixed. Do YOU have the necessary Security Clearances to manage the work you're offering? A. I don't have a security clearance at the present time. I have found it easier not to have one. This security thing is what the client would like. Should we get a qualified person with no security clearance he would be given a non classified and would only handle non-classified things (which is most of the job). Regards, Charles Bannister |
