Why is your "offer" so far below market value?

The offer says rate will be prevailing wage. That means what the market will bear which in a union state (which is what Hawaii is) That will be much higher than estimated $60/HR.



Why is your company name NOT listed (as you claimed) with Dunfield? Or, for that matter, even D&B?

I have not updated Dunfield in a long time. That also has been fixed.


Do YOU have the necessary Security Clearances to manage the work you're offering?
A.

I don't have a security clearance at the present time. I have found it easier not to have one.

This security thing is what the client would like. Should we get a qualified person with no security clearance he would be given a non classified and would only handle non-classified things (which is most of the job).
