#92757 - noise as always
Responding to: ???'s previous message
At times the relays don't hold, their state, it happens mostly when the gear motor turns on or off.
with 98.17% certainty you are dealing with noise.

When "the relays don't hold" I take that the TPIC outpiut has changed.

Since you operate with two boards, my approach would be to add a RC to each input followed by a schmitt trigger. This, of course would force you to clock very slowly. If your app require that you use a fast clock, go through all the noise recommendations in the FAQ (you should do that anyhow).
