I very doubt that for year(s) Maxim sales these derivatives which all have undefined "bug" you mentioned about. Probably the problem is that you have not found and read corresponding errata yet. As I know this derivative is good widespread; Maxim offers its evaluation kit as well. Try visit http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/4078 and read all the errata sheets (see the bottom of that page, chapter "LINKS TO MORE INFORMATION"). Regards, Oleg |
