Maybe if you can tell us the range of temperature that you want to display, some suggestions on the conversion can be made. Showing only a small segment in isolation and asking for an answer most times may result in inaccurate solutions.

And since you seem to be coding in C, handling floating point maths should not be a problem.

( And if the above statement conveys a meaning that handling floating point maths in assembly is tough, it is purely coincidental !)
