Since you need a DIN foot you are probably going to need European manufacturers. As to reasonable prices, you are going to have to negotiate your way with the representatives in your area. If you want just a plastic rail that leaves the electronics exposed, look at the RS100 rail from Weidmuller which takes any length of PCB, 100mm wide and no height restriction. It also comes with panel mounting feet as well as DIN rail feet.

They also make housings that will take boards approximately 100mmx80mmx15mm (Wavebox series) but they will probably be at the upper end of the price range.
