you will, when you use a socket like this one need to use the data sheet from the socket manufacturer such as http://www.mill-max.com/images/pr...df/092.pdf which has a "correct" pin 1.
This will have pins 1-44 marked on a drawing and then whatever is pin 1 on the PLCC will be pin 1 on the "socket bottom" BEWARE!!!! some PLCC socket manufacturers like to start pin 1 in a corner rather than in the middle. Erik |
