You can read icl7135 with its digit pins. Read data lines & use the same
data for the particular digit, by finding pin which goes high.By this way u can read 4 & 1/2 digit data,from the ic. Pls refer ic datasheet it will tell u the ic pinout, from which u get which are the pins for data & for digit.
