Whats the difference between 89C51 & 89V51?
first a guess, since you could not bother to write the whole identification. I guess that you refer to the P89C51Rx2 and the P89V51Rx2, if you refer to some other chips, ignore this. The only major difference is the ISP activation and the ISP code in Flash rather then ROM. There may be other more subtle differences, the datasheets will tell you. Erik |
