I could not get how to get I2C with 89V51

As far as I can see, the 89V51 has SPI - not I2C.
If you want I2C, why not choose a processor with built-in I2C?
There are plenty to choose from - see p74 of the document for Philips products, and http://www.keil.com/dd/parm_search.asp for others

pp63-65 show one way of adding I2C to a non I2C-equipped processor.

p7 of the document shows you the basic I2C waveforms. The link for all the specs & app notes for I2C no longer works, but I'm sure you could find the page with a bit of searching at the Phililps site. (Some) relevant App Notes are listed on p93
