I don't think so.

I think you are making the classic mistake of forgetting that USB is not a peer-to-peer network.

Each of your ADSL routers will be a USB Slave; the fingerprint scanner will also be a USB Slave - so you will not be able to simply connect the fingerprint scanner to the ADSL box!

Anyway, this is all still Waaaaaaay off-topic - nothing remotely applicable to an 8051 here!
