#96123 - Hitachi FA8052 |
I am trying to modify a circuit board which contains a 24 pin ceramic chip marked Hitachi FA8052. I am assuming that this is a microcontroller since the circuit description states there is a microcontroller on board. The device dates back to the late 70's or early 80's. I have searched everywhere I can think of to get a pinout for this chip, but so far no luck.
Does anyone here know where I can get a datasheet or pinout for this part? |
