Hello 8051ers,
Well, Am Connectiong the SRAM to a microController, I read the datasheet of the SRAM and got it's timing waveforms and I tested it manually on a kit, it is working and function well... Well Now, Am Going to connect it to the 8051 but am not sure if the MOVX Timing waveForms of Read/Write cycles match the waveForms of the SRAM or not, I checked the datasheet of AT89C52, but it does not include the waveForms, so if any one have it, Could you please send me it to Wael_u@yahoo.com AND Wael.Salim@gmail.com Thanks In Advance.
