Good morning folks. Well, things are getting interesting as the move continues. The new server is up and running and I've made the necessary requests so that 8052.com points to the new server. These changes aren't immediate, however, as it takes the Domain Name Servers around the world up to several days to update. In the meantime, I'm having some problems accessing the *old* webserver!

If you'd like to start using the new server immediately, go into your C:WINDOWS directory and edit the file "HOSTS" (no file extension). Add the following line to the end of the file:

64.41.72.13 www.8052.com 8052.com

Save it. You may then want to close all Internet-related applications. When you re-enter your browser you should be taken to the new server. You'll know you're on the new server if you look at the 8052.com icon in the upper left-hand corner. If, right below it, it says "New Server" that means you're using the new server.

I'd highly recommend that you follow this process and start using the new server ASAP since the new server is significantly faster and the old server is even slower than it used to be.
