Hi all,

I just tried to order a DS89C420 and was told no availability till July. Elsewhere I have heard of Atmel being hard to get.

Is there anything available out there NOW comes close to with:

* PDIP & SMD packages
* Fast clock (25+ MHZ)
* Dual DPTR
* 1KB or more of RAM
* 8BK or more of Flash or EEProm
* At least 12 I/O pins.
* Doesn't cost an arm and a leg

Any suggestions?
