Let's not discuss you motivation etc. If you cannot get the datasheet of the mentioned mcu (and it seems it's not as easy as downloading it from the website), or if it does not contain the programming specification; you cannot tell anything for sure. But the general practice with the 8xC52-s is, that they don't have a serial (few-pin) ISP feature, and the parallel programming involves almost all pins. Have a look at Atmel's AT89C52 datasheet for illustration. But even if you desolder it, I think it is most likely that the protection fuses will be set,sou you won't be able to read it's content either. Jan Waclawek |
