Right now is not a good time to buy DS89C4x0 devices, IN Pakistan or anywhere else, as there's been a silicon revision due to be released to production in Q3/05.
Check the Maxim website for current status. The revised silicon is purportedly available as of 7/1/05, but I've not seen current status reflecting that. Be certain you get the latest silicon. RE |
