Download the free PCB software from ExpressPCB. They have an inexpensive service that allows you to upload the board that you have designed and have it delivered to your door in 4-5 days.
The basic cheap board is 2 sided and plated thru holes. Solder mask and silkscreen is available for a higher price and slower service. The CAD program includes a basic library that references many Digi-Key parts. You can even preview the cost of the board before you order.
I have used them four times and have been very pleased with the cost and quality. The CAD program that they give you does NOT have a net list but for the price you might be able to overlook that. To download the software go to:
