I have schematics of a powerful universal programmer.
The interface is iHex via RS232.

Supported devices:
87C51, 87C52, 87C750, 87C751, 87C752, AT89C51, AT89C52 and AT89C2051 (with a simple adapter).

Contact me if you are interested. I have to scan the schematics.
I also have the two-sided PCB-layout.
