We tested this problem. That's result:
On AT89C51, C52, C55, S53 it's not important how !EA connected, when Lock Bit 2 set. They always starting from internal memory. On AT89C51ED2 if !EA connect to Vcc all working fine, but if !EA connected to GND chip not started. It's bad modification in atmel chip's. I thing soo. May be somebody know some analogs AT89C51RD2/ED2 from other vendors who don't have thats problem. (What about Philips P89C51RD2 ?) |
