Dear Friends

I am facing problem in interfacing MT8888C with 8051.I have followed the insructions given in the datasheet of MT8888C. I have some doubts in my circuit. In datasheet of MT8888C it is given that A8-A15's decoded output has to be NANDED with ALE and it is given to ACTIVE LOW CS OF MT8888C.Why cant we select CS AS hard-wired? Similarly Microcontroller's RD and WR are to be connected to MT8888C's RD AND WR.It is given that MT8888C's 5 registers to be selected with 3 control lines RS, WR AND RD.
So RS line can be controlled in the software, but what to do with RD AND WR? My question is that should we control the lines RD and WR in software or Micro will control the lines?

I am guessing my problem is in time synchronising between the MT8888C and the MICRO.

So if anybody can help me in finding the solution i will be in big comfort.
