#9976 - Code file too large / printf with LCD |
Hello everybody !
I'm working with assembler language (I´m feeling comfortable whith it), but my code is getting large and I want to reduce it to make it easier to understand. I was thinking do this: use 2 files, each file with a specific functions, like this: A main file, with main routines (of course) and another with LCD code, convertion routines, etc. I think it because my LCD code is done, I won't change it, so why I can't move it to another file? How can I do that? I'm using Archimedes DOS assembler. I have another question: how can I use the printf or sprintf to write to an LCD connected in my P1 port (for example)? I can use the LCD in the data/address bus too (like and external memory). What is the sintaxe? Thank you for giving me a chance to ask. Regards, Luis |
