I don't mind to be given a test, but I am feeling is they actually don't believe me what I am written down or trust me
Do not hold that aginst "them" If you had ever seen the resume/CV from a copying specialist calling himself an engineer, you would get to the point of not trusting ANY applicant till proof is obtained.
