I don't think Richard was being racial; just stating a quantitative observation.

I don't think anyone who makes a "do my work and thinking for me" post gets preferential treatment based on their location; as Richard says, they do seem to be more frequent from the middle east and Asia, but they still get the same treatment if they're from "the west".
