I used 100khz for reducing the tranformer size and also for a gentle switching source for the Ceramic Load.
Actually the load normally used with a 50khz Vsource. But for optimal works, in my plan, I'll use the near max level of V source, about 1000Vp-p, so I think for a longer lifetime of the load, it'll helped with 100khz. I think maybe someone can guess again what is the load, coz me myself can't guess what it is used for the load (the name I meant).. too bad my customer insisted not to tell me what is the exact load device / component he'll use.
