.. when reading the 'debugging' thread in the main forum.
If you were perfect in judging candidates and had zero, none, nada time/ability to do any 'real' work yourself (e.g. being drowned in administrative duties), how would you weigh these 4 skills in the one you hire to be the only one in your company doing 'real' work.
