Mahesh A , The Web cam comes with a USB port and a driver , Select a microcontroller from Cygnal.com or some else , and write appropriate driver for handeling your webcam. Make sure the 8051 should be clocked with high speed to capture 27 frames / second and store the same ? , Try searching AVR cam which is quite a popular one.
