If you export an EDIF netlist from each package, you can write a little program to compare them. There's no reason why a schematic capture software vendor would provide a tool to facilitate your abaondoment of their product.

If you were to use a good schematic capture package, you would probably require no more than half a day to redraw the schematic and compare the netlists. I once redrew a schematic set for a board, on which the drafting team had worked for over two weeks. I was told I needed it redrawn by the close of business but didn't learn that until lunch time. I went home at 17:30, which was a bit earlier than usual, having redrawn and verified the entire schematic with over 800 components, using OrCAD SDT for DOS.
