Hi Mahmood, how about using Fuzzy type control , with parameters being Air jet speed (I hope you are projecting balls with it) ,head movement (as you have already said) ,and a sliding control like in CNC X table for moving the entire Robot along with the bin. This can vary shot angles , ofcourse with high speed servos.
