look at http://cgi.ebay.com/Used-HP-T...dZViewItem The seller clearly doesn't know much about the manufacturer, but I used a TEK 465 for many years. It will certainly show a 10 ns pulse, or even a 5 ns one. This is essentially the same instrument, but also has 10 MHz storage. http://cgi.ebay.com/TEKTRONIX...dZViewItem and I have one not much more sophisticated (2467B) than this one http://cgi.ebay.com/TEKTRONIX...dZViewItem though mine cost $14975, used,18 years back.
