1)on page 1- hfe=15 at 1A is minimum value for this type.
2)on page 2 is represented behavior of hfe in relation with Ic. Values are in % , not avsolute. Assume You will buy worst case transistor - with hfe=100 on 150mA let say hfe=80 at 300mA. Be carefull - check 0.3A is nominal current, but what is startup current? |
